非物质文化遗产传承保护热象下的冷思考——以乐亭大鼓为例

联合国科教文组织和中国各省(市、自治区)、市、县(市、区)等各级《非物质文化遗产名录》的遴选,掀起了对非物质文化遗产传承及保护的热潮。但在非物质文化遗产看似繁荣发展的同时,其实际的传承、保护工作也暴露出尤为令人担忧的一面。本文立足于乐亭大鼓的传承与保护现状,理性分析、认真总结、科学认识其中的得与失,研究、思考有关问题的解决途径,旨在以乐亭大鼓的传承与保护工作为鉴,审慎把握非物质文化遗产传承与保护工作的脉搏,避免其走向虚假繁荣,为非物质文化遗产传承与保护工作的健康发展提供有益借鉴。

Meditation on the Passing and Preservation of Intangible Cultural Heritage—Taking Laoting Drum as an Example

Now there is an upsurge of the passing and preservation of intangible cultural heritage,but in the prosperity of appearance,there is much anxiety.This paper analyzes the present situation of Laoting Drum and points out its problems and solutions so as to preserve better.In addition,the passing and preservation of intangible cultural heritage should be dealt with cautiously to avoid the prosperity of appearance.
