| 摘 要： | 资产专用性存在与否及专用性的大小,对于采取不同的合约形式及其规制结构具有很好的解释作用.军工资产专用性的存在影响交易成本,决定不同的经济组织形式.利用资产专用性这一交易费用经济学分析框架,探讨了军工资产专用性及其较大交易成本的内在机理,分析了军工资产专用性所引致机会主义产生的原因,对军工组织形式的决定与选择进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | Asset specialization is important to the selection of contract form and governing structure. The asset specialization of military industry takes effect on the transaction cost and determines the form of the economic organization. Using the analytical framework of asset specialization, this paper attempts to analyze the inherent law of military industry asset specialization and its higher transaction cost, the causes of opportunism (as a result of military industry asset specialization), and finally the paper discusses the elements which might play a role in determining and selecting the military industry organization form. |
