| 摘 要： | 我国新刑法在1979年刑法的基础上强化了对公民人权的保护，体现在强化对直接侵犯公民人身权利犯罪的惩罚、明确规定罪刑法定原则和法律面前人人平等原则，强化对犯罪受害人的法律保护等方面，从而有效地从刑法方面加强了对人权的保护．

| Abstract: | Compared with the 1979's criminal law, the new criminal law of China strengthens the protechon of human rights in terms of its more severe penalty to the direct infringement upon human rights, its definite manifestation of the principle of equal human rights, and its emphasis on the protection of the interest of the victim. |
