| 摘 要： | 回顾了我国农业环境保护立法的历史与进程 ,分析我国在加入WTO后农业生态环境法制建设面临的挑战和存在的主要问题 ,提出了加强环境法律制定、修订和研制农业环境标准、提高行政性保护监督等适应我国实际情况的解决措施。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the historical course of the legislation for agro-environmental protection in China, analyzes the major relevant issues and challenges posed by China's entry into WTO, and puts forward solutions to problems concerning China's environmental law-making and amending, establishing agro-environmental standards, and intensifying administrative protection and supervision. |
