| Abstract: | Through the sampling survey of the teachers in four middle schools in Baotou,we find that the occupational role consciousnesses of the middle school teachers are various,and the occupational attitude and cognition are not satisfactory.The teachers should transfer their occupational consciousnesses,the outer environment of the teachers should be optimized,the perfect managing system should be established and the teachers should strengthen self-cultivation. |
