| 摘 要： | 在抓住经济全球化趋势、积极参与其中的同时，要加紧制定和采用有效的经济安全保障战略，其中包括经济增长要以提高质量效益为中心，保护民族工业并适时实现产业结构的转换与优化，建立有效的金融防范机制，加大开放力度，积极参与国际规则的制定与经贸合作等，以趋利避害，谋取国家和民族的最大利益。

| Abstract: | As grasping the trend of economic globalization,taking active part in the globalization, we shall strengthen making and applying effective economic security strategy, which includes economic growth centered on quality effect raising,protection of demestic industries, and taking an active part in international principles constitution and economic and trading cooperation, etc,in order to head for advantages and avoid disadvantages,and abtain the very benefit for the whole nation . |
