| 摘 要： | 目前，有越来越多中国企业“走出去”进行境外投资，然而被投资国的政治动乱无疑会对我国企业带来巨大的经营风险，因此，加强对政治动乱风险的防范已成为我国境外直接投资企业的紧迫任务之一。笔者回顾了近年来我国境外投资企业所遭遇的政治动乱风险事件，分析了这些风险事件产生的原因，并从政府和企业两个层面提出了相应的防范措施。
