| 摘 要： | “社会主义市场经济”属经济体制,是社会主义初级阶段的经济体制;而“社会主义经济”则属经济制度,贯穿整个社会主义历史时期,二者既有联系又有区别。社会主义经济是公有制经济,而社会主义社会则既有公有制又有非公有制的经济;社会主义经济与社会主义社会是两个不同的概念,既不能用前者理解后者,也不能用后者理解前者;同样,社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度与社会主义基本经济制度也是既有联系又有区别的两个概念;还有商品生产也并非与不同的社会制度相结合就有不同的社会属性。所有这些,都应当辨析清楚,才不致思想和理论上的混乱

| Abstract: | Socialist economy and social market economy are two different conceptions; the former is an economic system while the latter is a form of economic operation within the said system at the preliminary stage of socialism. This paper looks into the interrelationship and the differentiation of the two conceptions. |
