浅析电信用户申诉的受理及解决途径

摘    要:本文总结了引发电信用户提起申诉的原因,阐述了电信用户申诉处理的流程,分析了近年来电信用户申诉的特点问题,并指出电信企业在积极受理、认真解决电信用户申诉的同时,更要通过制定规章制度、规范企业行为、提升服务意识等行为,做好用户服务工作,降低用户申诉率.

Abstract:This article analyzes the causes of telecommunication users's complaints,explaines the handling process of telecommunication users' complaints,illustrates the characteristics of complaints in recent years,and points out that while the telecommunications companies are actively receiving,and seriously resolving the complaints,they should,through making out rules and regulations,standardizing their enterprise behaviors,and enhancing their service awareness,acomplish good service work,and reduce the rate of use...
