中国城市化进程中的制度分析

我国的社会主义市场经济体制是在政府的主导下建立的,我国的乡村城市化受制于政府的制度安排。建国后的“城市化抑制”时期,来自农业的积累使我国庞大的工业体系得以建立,但也导致了如今的城乡“二元”经济格局,阻碍了经济的良性发展。因此,新时期下,制度上的创新使城乡协调发展就显得尤为重要。

System Analysis in the Process of Urbanization

Our socialist market economy is constructed under the leadership of government and so is the rural urbanization. Since the founding of new China the accumulation of agriculture has made it possible for the state to set up an integrated industrial system, at the same time, the development of agriculure has fallen behind. Therefore, in the new phrase, much more importance should be attached to systerm innovation to achieve a coherent development between city and countryside.
