| 摘 要： | 从传统建筑现代化的视角,对旧建筑再利用应着眼于整体的观点进行了分析;从建筑空间构成、细部装饰、场所精神及空间气氛营造等四个方面对旧建筑加以设计、改造;通过剖析意大利旧建筑改造的成功案例,说明目前西方设计师对旧建筑的最新态度和利用方式,以证明本理论在实践中的可行性。

| Abstract: | From the point of view of modernization of old architectures,it is concluded that the reuse of old architectures should be based on the idea of entirety in practical application with regards to four perspectives,namely architecture space form,detail deco- ration,site spirit,and space atmosphere.Furthermore successful cases from Italy representign wastern designers' last concepts are provided to support applicability of the conclusion. |
