| 摘 要： | 结合我国高校捐赠基金的现状,分析了捐赠基金管理存在的主要问题,提出了加强高校捐赠基金管理的建议:(1)建立捐赠协调机制,促进捐赠者与学校共赢;(2)重视校友联络工作,为募捐奠定广泛基础;(3)改善基金投资经营,实现基金保值增值;(4)选拔优秀基金管理人员,建设专业人才队伍;(5)国家提供政策引导,促进大学教育捐赠;(6)强化基金透明管理,增强捐赠者的信任信心。

| Abstract: | Based on the current status analysis,the proposals to strengthen the management of endowment funds at colleges and universities are put forward.(1) Establish the coordinating mechanism for donation and promote the common interests of donators and universities(colleges).(2) Pay attention to alumni contacting and lay an extensive foundation for donation.(3) Improve investing management of the funds and bring about keeping and increasing of its value.(4) Appointing excellent managers for the funds and build a professional talented staff.(5) Government offers policy guidance and promote college education donation.(6) Strengthen the transparent management of funds and enhance donators′ confidence and trust. |
