| 摘 要： | 作为以森林资源为主要开发与利用对象的微观经济组织，森林资源型企业长期关注的一个重点是木材原料等有形资源。然而，从企业成长的角度看，除了有形资源以外，无形资源也是促进企业成长的重要资源。无形资源的不足，不但会影响到企业对木材等有形资源的生产与利用程度，而且还会阻碍企业的成长．森林资源型企业成长的无形资源障碍主要有软技术、组织一管理与社会关系资源等三个方面，要克服成长瓶颈，企业应该围绕关键技术整合资源，提升企业的技术能力；加强组织与管理，提升组织能力；正确把握社会关系资源，培育竞争优势。
