社会主义初级阶段剥削现象探析

私有经济的存在,生产力发展的不平衡,都决定了社会主义在本质上是允许剥削在法律许可的范围内存在并不断消灭剥削的历史过程。社会主义初级阶段的剥削现象依附并服务于公有关系;初始资本靠个人劳动积累;私营阶层积极参加劳动管理;可以成为有中国特色社会主义的建设者;仅在法律允许的范围内存在等主要特征意味着,社会主义的优越性不仅不会受到损害,反而得到有益的补充促进。

Analysis of Exploitation in the Primary Stage of Socialism

Exploitation still exists in the primary stage of socialism, owning to the existence of private economy and the uneven development of productive forces. But the kind of exploitation is different from class exploitation in history. Its main features include: (1) it depends on and serves public ownership; (2) the initial capital is accumulated by means of individual labour; (3) private entrepreneurs take an active part in labour administration, and they are also working for building socialism with Chinese characteristics; (4) it exists only within the limits laid down by law. All this means the exploitation in the primary stage of socialism may not impair the superiority of socialism. On the contrary, it facilitates the development of the productive forces.
