许多高校工商管理按照大类招生,学生通过某种内分流方式选择其学习的具体专业.这个过程往往不尽完美,在一定程度上影响了学生成长、学校教育发展.以西安石油大学工商管理大类专业内分流为例,分析其实践中存在的问题,借鉴国外高等教育的内分流经验,提出了优化工商管理大类专业内分流的措施.

A Study on the Internal Distribution of Big Speciality for Business Administration——Taking Xi’an Shiyou University for Example

Many business administration majors in the Universities enroll new students according to the big speciality,and then students usually choose their majors by the way of internal distribution.This process is always unsatisfactory that to certain degree it affects the growth of students and the development of university.Therefore,based on the discussion about the internal distribution of big speciality for business administration in Xi’an Shiyou University,the paper analyzes the common problems existing in the practice,then learns some experiences of internal distribution from foreign universities and colleges,and finally puts forward some measures to optimize the internal distribution of big speiality for business administration.
