| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济的基础上构建和谐社会,是我国社会主义现代化建设的一个重要任务。在构建社会主义和谐社会的整个过程中,政府起着至关重要的作用。市场经济是信用经济和法制经济,而政府诚信既是信用体系的基础又是法制经济的保障,因而是社会主义市场经济和谐发展的基石。

| Abstract: | Constructing a harmonious society on the foundation of socialist market economy is a main task in the realization of Chinese modernization. Government plays a critical role in the development of socialist harmonious society. Market economy is credit economy and economy restricted by legal system. Government credibility is not only the foundation of credit but also guarantee of economy restricted by legal system. Therefore, this article concludes that government credibility is the foundation of the harmonious development of socialist market economy. |
