| 摘 要： | 高校学生档案是国家人事档案的组成部分,是大学生在校期间的生活、学习及各种社会实践的真实记录,是大学生就业及今后选拔、任用、考核的主要依据。目前,高校学生档案管理工作存在的问题有学生档案材料不完整;档案信息载体单一;管理体制不完善。对此,须采取配备专职人员;建立完善档案管理制度;档案工作现代化;健全学生档案信息资料等措施。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities students' archives are components of state personal files and a real record of students' learning-life and social practice at university,is also main proof of selection,employment and assessment of university students'.At present there are some problems existing in university students' achieves management,such as incomplete archives,old-fashioned forms and imperfect system of management.The measures which are such as improving the check-up system,modernization of archives management and perfecting archives record of students to solve the problems are put forward. |
