| 摘 要： | 本文引入粗糙集理论，探讨了技术型无形资产价值评估方法。在对技术型无形资产价值构成及其主要影响因素分析基础上，引入价值区间，建立了考虑各种综合因素的基于粗糙集理论的技术型无形资产价值评估模型，最后对模型应用给出了具体评估步骤。
