| 摘 要： | 本文在对植物品种权保护内涵界定和国际植物品种权保护模式比较的基础上，分析我国植物品种权保护制度的变迁和运行现状，揭示我国植物品种权保护存在的问题，并提出相应完善植物品种权保护制度的政策建议。
