| 摘 要： | 本文从概念、起源及与政府、企业的关系三方面评述了当前非营利组织研究的主要理论。在此基础上,文章认为,在中国政治、经济背景下对非营利组织的概念、起源、与其他组织形态之间关系的研究还较为薄弱,因此基于中国非营利组织的发展现状,进行更为深入和详尽的研究非常必要。

| Abstract: | This paper makes comments on the main theory in nonprofit organizations(NPOs) including three aspects: concept,origin,relations with government and corporation.Based on this,the study points out that the current theory in NPOs is still weak in China.So it is important to develop the theory suitable for NPOs in China. |
