| 摘 要： | 现代行政法理论强调行政活动的正当程序,而行政听证正是行政程序的核心部分。人本法律观是构建和谐社会的法律理念,从这一新视角出发,来探究行政听证的价值功能以及行政听证的人本法律观基础,将助益于解决目前我国行政听证理论基础薄弱,又难收实际效能的现状。

| Abstract: | Modern theory of administrative law emphasizes that all administrative acts should keep to the due process,while administrative hearing is the core of administrative process.The viewpoint of humanist law is the legal intention for building up the harmonious society.From the new viewpoint,let's found the values and theories of administrative hearing that would benefit for resolving many theoretical and practical problems of our country's administrative hearing. |
