| 摘 要： | 企业再造理论也称企业再生工程,是对企业流程的根本再思考和彻底再设计。在企业再造过程中,对流程的改造至关重要,但对流程再造支撑要素的再造也非常重要,如对企业价值观、组织结构、企业经营战略等均应进行相应的重构与整合,以此来改善企业的绩效,提升企业的竞争力。

| Abstract: | The business reengineering,namely business reengineering engineering,is that of fundamental rethinking and thorughly replanning of business's technological process,in which not only reengineering the process is important,but reengineering of the factors to support the reengineering process,too.These factors are business values,organic structure,and marketing strategy etc,from which business effectiveness will be improved and the competitive power of business will be increased. |
