On the Skepticism and Critical Attitude in the Hellenistic Age

The philosophical tendency of the Hellenistic skepticism has a profound influence then and thereafter. The many schools at that time such as the Sceptics, the Cynics, the Epicureans and the Stoics were either doubtful to established theories or crit-ical to the actual life. They were common in that all of them had the philosophical tendency of being untraditional and criticizing the reality. Their academic succession and ideas are often overlapped while their difference lies in their focus area and practice attitude.
