| 摘 要： | 归入法是德国法律职业者适用法律的系统方法。在研究生刑法分论的教学中适当适用归入法可以提高学生的理论水平和思辨能力，克服传统的讲授式教学模式的弊端。作为一种有益的法科生教学改革尝试，在现有的教学实践中取得了明显的效果。

| Abstract: | Subsumption is a systematic method employed in law application by German legal professionals.Application of subsumption on law graduate teaching in the course of criminal law specific provisions can improve students' theoretical level and critical thinking ability and overcome the shortcomings of the traditional lecture-style teaching model.As an useful attempt to reform the law students' teaching practice,it has achieved significant results in present teaching practice. |
