| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是政治工作的重要组成部分，增强思想政治教育的有效性是充分发挥其作用的命脉所在，而思想政治教育的可接受性则是有效性的前提和基础，具有可接受性的思想政治教育才能够为官兵所接受并实现思想政治教育的价值目标，才能为解决好打得赢、不变质两个历史性课题提供可靠的政治保证。
