| 摘 要： | 自主是语言研究中的一个核心话题。自主的培养既要考虑文化背景的差异和适宜的外部环境，还需要师生角色的转换和权力的再分配。对此，笔者提出了视听说背景下”制定学习大纲＋课后拓展＋合作学习＋课上展示”的自主学习模式。在此模式下，学习者是学习的主体，教师是学习的促进者和学习建议的提供者。
