| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国反腐败斗争力度不断加大，虽然成效显著，但腐败现象仍然严重，腐败形势仍然严峻，传统的制度反腐没能有效遏制腐败势头。互联网技术的发展和普及打破了传统的反腐格局，网络反腐成为一种新的反腐手段。它有效弥补了传统制度反腐的不足，使监督打破了传统的格局，打破了时空界限，如果合理规范、积极引导，必将对反腐败斗争做出积极贡献。
