Entering WTO and Role of Chinese Government

This thesis describes the improper role of our government before "Entering WTO", such as faulty taking role, absent role. It analyzes the reasons caused by the profit driven, system's arrangement and the influence of Chinese bureaucracy. It points out various challenges to our government confronting with "Entering WTO". It also suggests that the proper roles taken by our government are these conforming to international routines, restricted government, role of judge, realizing social justice and righteous, service oriented government, legal oriented government and powerfully safeguarding state's economic and politic security. And it also sets forth the ways of changing government's role.
