| 摘 要： | 高校政府采购工作仍然存在管理机制等方面的纰漏和缺失,应着重从完善高校采购预算管理机制和管理制度,灵活运用多种采购模式,提升采购队伍的素质等方面施以行之有效的优化对策,以进一步整合资源、节约资金、优化资产配置,提高高校资源的使用效率。

| Abstract: | There are still shortages in management system of government procurement at colleges and universities.Therefore management system of budget should be improved,different modes of procurement should be taken flexibly,and quality of procurement staff should be improved,so as to integrate the resources,save the funds,optimize the assets deployment,and increase the efficiency to use the resources at colleges and universities. |
