江苏沿海发展战略对宿迁经济的影响分析——基于区域发展的视角

分析了《江苏沿海地区发展规划》给宿迁带来的发展机遇,并指出了宿迁在经济发展中面临的挑战,如在区位优势竞争中宿迁有可能被边缘化、政策效应有可能减弱宿迁的资本集聚势头、宿迁的政策竞争优势有可能被淡化等。在此基础上,提出了宿迁呼应江苏沿海经济发展的思路：重视与江苏沿海开发区域的融入,大力推进国家战略的实施;抓好与沿海区域对接,强化特色主导产业培育;紧密结合沿海发展态势,在更高层次上推进宿迁的城市化进程;大力争取政策支持,解决宿迁经济跨越发展中存在的瓶颈问题。

Impact of Jiangsu's Strategy of Coastal Development on Suqian :A perspective of Regional Development

This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges that Jiangsu Coastal Development Plan brings to the economic development of Suqian.It points out that regional advantageous competition makes it possible for Suqian to be marginalized;pertinent policies may reduce local capital collection and thus overshadow the city＇s advantage in competition.On such a basis,it puts forward some suggestions for Suqian to echo the provincial strategy of coastal development.These suggestions include the merging of Suqian into the coastal development zone to promote the implementation of the national strategy,the strengthening of the development of major industries,the speedup of urbanization in accordance with the developing trend of coast areas,and the introduction of more favorable policies to settle local bottlenecks in rapid economic development.
