| 摘 要： | 选取解放区一个普通的中国妇女反抗包办买卖婚姻、利用法律武器捍卫婚姻自主权的榜样刘巧儿,梳理来自普通民间的真实故事如何演变为家喻户晓的典型楷模以及不同剧作的发展演变,例袁静的秦腔《刘巧儿告状》、韩起祥的陕北快书《刘巧儿团圆》、评剧《刘巧儿》和评剧现代戏《刘巧儿》,突出在此演变中,故事的变化过程及时代教育意义。
