| 摘 要： | 社会记忆的构建是一项复杂而必要的系统工程，本文论述了档案与社会记忆的关系，分析了档案在建构社会记忆过程中的缺陷，对档案部门参与社会记忆建构能力的培育提出了思考，建议转变和完善档案工作，构建完整的社会记忆。
