摘    要:按照知识基础论的观点,分析研发人员对企业的双重贡献,其贡献不仅体现在直接为企业带来当期利润与市场价值,还可以提升企业知识存量,进而使企业获取持续技术创新能力和竞争优势。结果表明,运用博弈论的分析方法,构建了一个基于企业知识积累的研发人员激励动态模型。分析指出,一个有效的研发激励机制,应该使风险收入在研发人员的报酬中占相当比重,考虑研发人员的风险承受能力及其努力的成本,与企业知识积累的数量和质量的提高挂钩。

Abstract:Knowledge-based view of enterprises,this paper analyses the double contributions of enterprise's R&D personnel,whose contributions to enterprises are not only embodied in achieving instant profits and market value,but also in raising knowledge of enterprise,so as to make enterprise acquire the ability of continuous technical innovation and competitive advantage.Then,from the game theory,this paper builds a dynamic incentive model for R&D personnel on the basis of enterprise's knowledge accumulation.Furthermore,this paper points out that an effective incentive mechanism for R&D should include the essentials such as the risk income of enterprise's R&D personnel in their total income,their capacity of risk-taking and the cost of effort,and their contribution to the increase of enterprise's knowledge accumulation not only in quality but also in quantity.
