| 摘 要： | 教师组织设计是学校管理中的一个重要方面,恰当的组织设计能够使教师组织行为更有效。知识经济时代对教师组织管理提出了新的要求,也为教师组织的设计提供了全新的背景。教师组织必须根据时代的发展进行新的调整,以适应日益复杂的教育环境。一是重视教师组织知识与决策权的合理配置;二是建立教师组织的教育战略联盟;三是促进教师组织学习,关注教师的发展;四是组织结构扁平化,为教师创新提供环境。

| Abstract: | Teachers' organization plays an essential role in school administration.In the context of knowledge economy,a new demand is put forth for this organization which calls for an adjustment for the different situation.The paper argues four aspects needed to be given priorities:1)a rational allocation of organization and power;2)educational strategic alliance;3)more care for the improvement of teachers,and 4)preparation of necessary conditions. |
