| 摘 要： | 近年来,安徽省高校在全国本科教学评估的背景下对图书馆进行了大量投入,使图书馆得到了迅速发展。通过SERVQUAL模型对安徽省四所具有代表性的高校图书馆的服务质量进行了调查,分析得出安徽省高校图书馆的现状与未来的资源配置方向。

| Abstract: | In the context of national undergraduate teaching evaluation,considerable investment has been given to libraries by colleges and universities in Anhui,which caused the booming of libraries.Through the model of SERVQUAL,investigations are carried out into the QOS in four representative college libraries in Anhui.Then the current situation and future resource allocation are analyzed. |
