| 摘 要： | 在新课程改革的背景下,小学教育教学的发展对教师能力提出了更高的要求。作为以校内和校外导师协作的双导师全程指导方式,是一种集校内教育、校外教育、教育实践三位一体的生态教育模式,它有独特的内容和方式,通过四年不间断的见习、实习机制,对小教本科生的教育实践智慧的形成,产生重要的影响和积极的作用。

| Abstract: | In the context of the new curricular reform,the development of primary education and teaching demands higher proficiency from the teachers.Based on internal and external college guidance,together with teaching practice,the effective model of cultivating undergraduates into primary-school teachers is established through four-year's continuous internship.It will be helpful to cultivate the undergraduates' practical wisdom of teaching. |
