| 摘 要： | 侧重分析了个人作为国际刑事责任的主体地位,并界定了其内涵和外延,进而认为,个人连同法人和国家,都是国际刑事责任的主体。最后,对国际法、国际刑法、国家责任、国际刑事责任的主体范围进行了区分,进一步明确了国际刑事责任主体的概念。

| Abstract: | The subject status of international criminal responsibility taken by individuals is analyzed,and its connotation and denotation are defined.It is argued that the subject of international criminal responsibility should not only involve the legal person and the nation,but also the individual.At last,the concept of the subject of international criminal responsibility is made clear based on the category of the ＂subject＂ in International Law,International Criminal Law,national responsibility and international criminal responsibility. |
