| 摘 要： | 随着三农问题研究向纵深探讨,学术界开始进一步反思＂家家都种田,户户小而全＂的传统农地制度,中国农地规模化经营进而由此引起的土地所有制变迁成了讨论的热点,试图在分析农地规模化经营的＂美国式道路＂的基础上来透析＂美国式道路＂的实质以及对我国农地制度改革的启示。

| Abstract: | With the research on the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers deepened,the experts begin to reflect on the traditional farmland system,according to which each family is encouraged to work on small and intact farming land.The large-scale operation of farmland in China and the corresponding changes in land ownership system have become a hot topic.The paper attempts to analyze the ＂American way＂ of large-scale operations,seeking for its essence to offer enlightenment on our farmland system reform. |
