| Abstract: | Legal education on citizens and urban legal construction is not only the basic guarantee for Chinese modernization drive but also the basis for upgrading urban competitiveness and establishing innovation-oriented cities.Press and publication departments shoulder the important tasks of carrying on the core value system and enrich people＇s cultural life.This paper argues that national reading and the change of traditional mode of education is beneficial to urban legal culture construction. |
