| 摘 要： | 优良的大学校园文化是优良校风和学风的集中体现,展示了一种积极昂扬的精神风貌,对于创新人才具有重要的培养功能.大学校园文化建设应以校园文化活动为载体,着眼于学生素质的全面发展,为学生创新素质的培养创造良好的条件和氛围,以实现培养创新人才的目标.

| Abstract: | University campus culture is the reflection of campus spirits and atmosphere,which has a positive impact on the innovative personnel training.The article puts that university campus culture construction should take the campus cultural activities as its carrier,focus on the students’ full scale development,and create good condition and atmosphere for the students’ innovation qualities. |
