| 摘 要： | 根据动机理论的相关知识,通过读者问卷调查的方式,对高校图书馆读者违章行为的动因进行统计,归纳了当前影响高校图书馆读者违章行为的主要影响因素,提出了读者违章行为动因的三个维度：社会影响维度、图书馆管理维度、读者个体纬度,构建了读者违章行为三维动因假设模型,为各高校图书馆结合自身情况,采取实证方式研究读者违章行为提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on the motive theory,the major motives for readers＇ regulation-violating behaviors are under statistical analysis through readers＇ poll.Three dimensions for their regulation-violating motives are put forward,namely： the social influence,the library management and individual readers,constructing the hypothesis of three-dimensional model.It offers empirical references for the study of readers＇ regulation-violating behaviors for academic libraries. |
