| 摘 要： | ＂三网融合＂是指电信网、计算机网和有线电视网三大网络通过技术改造,能够提供包括语音、数据、图像等综合多媒体的通信业务。从长远角度看,＂三网融合＂更有利于广电网络运营商的发展,主要是由于广电网络运营商在内容资源、政策支持与意识形态属性等方面具有一定的优势,但其起步较晚,市场化程度较电信行业低,又受到体制、资金等方面的约束,其前景依然任重而道远。

| Abstract: | Three Networks Convergence refers to converging the net system of China Telecom,Internet and Cable TV,through the technological innovation,of which the service of communication can be provided including the comprehensive multi-media such as voices,statistics,videos etc.In the long run,the combination brings benefits to the development of the radio and TV producers,mainly because they have certain advantages on program resources,policy supports and features of ideology.Nevertheless,more measures should be taken because of the delay in launching and restraints in funds and market. |
