摘    要:在分析多委托方联合培训存在的问题及其培训模式改革的背景的基础上,提出了适合我国多企业联合培训模式改革的思路,认为在建设节约型社会的背景下,我国培训机构需要优化培训资源配置,利用联合培训模式来研究多委托方培训是一条有效途径。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of problems and reforms in multi-clients joint training model,the appropriate ways are proposed according to the status of Chinese enterprises.The training agency in China is suggested to optimize the resource distribution in the context of constructing a resource-conserving,environment-friendly society,and multi-clients joint training turns to be an effective way.
