| 摘 要： | 爱情和家庭价值是福克纳高度重视和反复赞扬的南方传统价值观念之一。在《去吧,摩西》中,作者以其独特的手法把麦卡斯林家族一百多年的历史融入其中,通过对这个家族的白人和黑人两个支系的成员和发展进行了比较,指出南方社会毁灭的原因在于南方白人丧失了爱的能力,南方社会的重生则寄希望于拥有爱的能力的南方黑人。

| Abstract: | One of the traditional southern values that are strongly emphasized and repeatedly praised by Faulkner is love and family.The McCarthy＇s history of more than ten decades is involved in Go Down,Moses by special writing techniques.Through the comparison of the two family branches,namely,the black and the white,and their development,it is pointed out that the destruction of southern society lies in the white southerners＇ inability to love,and its rebirth depends on the southern blacks who still have the ability to love. |
