| 摘 要： | 大学生的思想政治教育工作是一项复杂而艰巨的任务。要提高其实效性,首先必须使其具有针对性,这是高校思想政治教育工作成败的关键。这里从大学生的现状分析入手,就不同大学生的心理需求提出了应采取的相应的教育策略,并最终落足于强调针对性必须奠基在＂以人为本＂的基础之上,这是提高大学生思想政治教育工作实效性的根本。
