| Abstract: | With the development of China’s market economy and democratic politics,criminal trial supervision procedure,has come into many problems such as the concept being obsolete,the main provisions and the subjects being too broad and so on.Therefore,the judicial concept should be updated,the reasons for the criminal trial supervision procedures be reasonably defined,the level of the court in charge of the retrial procedure be improved,so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests and better serve the construction of the harmonious society. |
