东北地区对外开放的现状与对策分析

东北作为中国的老工业基地,在改革开放以后对外贸易发展很快,并仍有许多有利于加快对外开放的潜力,但与全国先进省区相比差距悬殊,存在许多制约对外贸易的障碍因素。因此,要克服不利因素,深入挖掘对外开放潜力,使东北尽快融入世界经济的大潮之中,加快老工业基地重振昔日雄风的步伐。

The present situation of opening to the outside world in the northeastern region and countermeasure

Since China's reform and opening-up,northeast region,as an old industrial base,has been growing fairly rapidly in foreign trade and still has great portentialities to open wider to the outside world, but has some obstacles to restrict the foreign trade. We should overcome the disadvantages and bring all potentialities into full play to make northeastern region develop more quickly in the world economy.
