华人思想政治工作的五个原则

海外华人无论是在我国社会主义现代化建设过程中还是我国与华人所在国的国家关系中,都起着十分重要的作用,是我们思想政治工作所必须要争取的一股友好力量。鉴于华人这一团体的自身特点,华人的思想政治工作的基本原则也有其特殊性。即使是思想政治工作的一般原则在华人思想政治工作中也有其特殊的表现形式。主要论述了华人思想政治工作的五个原则,即:实事求是原则、目标多层次原则、典型示范原则、物质利益原则、人性化原则。

The five principles for the ideological and political work to overseas Chinese

The overseas Chinese play a very important role not only in the process of the socialism modernization construction but also in the national relations between our country and the countries where the overseas Chinese live.They are a friendly power that the ideological and political work must strive for,Owing to the characteristics of the overseas Chinese,the ideological and political work's basic principles to the overseas Chinese have their features;the general principles of the ideological and political work also have their special manifestations in the i- deological and political work to overseas Chinese.This article mainly discusses the five principles of the ideological and political work to overseas Chinese,namely;The Practical and realistic principle,Multi-layer target principle, the typical demonstration principle,material benefits principle and humanized principle.
