| Abstract: | Teaching staff's level is considered as a crucial factor of teaching quality and academic level . And its position and function are universally acknowledges in universities. In china, entering WTO has brought new opportunities as well as unprecedented challenges for teaching staff's construction. Faced with there opportunities and challenges, we should optimize teaching staff in a variety of angles and channels, keep up with times pace and greatly foster advanced education. |
