| Abstract: | The improvement of undergraduates' personality is the prerequisite to improve their innovative ability and the requirement of realizing innovative education. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of undergraduates' personality, this paper mainly discusses the causes and the status quo of it and puts forward some measures that college should adopt in the field of shaping undergraduates' personality. It contributes to the education of college student to be modern talented person with excellent quality of political thought, solid basic knowledge, great ability of creation and innovation and outstanding personality. |
